If you are looking for special antler earrings that are made with care and attention to detail, I would love to help you. I use natural deer antler, Swarovski Crystals and pure copper wire for these earrings.
You can choose between tips or slices, light or dark, gnarly or smooth antler.
I have various colors and shades of Swarovski Crystals but in limited supplies. Please let me know what color you are looking for before placing an order.
The copper I use is pure, untreated copper. As shown in the photos, the wrapping style I use for these earrings is as graceful as I can get them. All the jump rings and ear hooks are hand formed and hammered by me.
I will not artificially patina the copper, as I do not want to alter the natural colors of the antler.
*Copper can sometimes make a great alternative for people with metal sensitivity. Some people but not all, that have troubles with other metals seem to be fine with copper. Personally, I am very sensitive to some metals but can comfortably wear copper all day long. As mentioned, this does not hold true for everyone, it will depend on the person as we are all just a bit different.
**While we try to find antler sheds, we do still have to buy antler from others. Most of the time, the people that we get the antler from have been collecting it for years and are ready to let go of it. Sometimes they are sheds but other times they are not. Regardless of how they attained their antler, our goal is to utilize this precious natural resource, preventing it from wasting away in a landfill.
